I ended up staying in Malta for 8 nights because I was waiting for a cheap flight out of the country. That was definitely too long and I’d recommend Malta for 4 nights especially if you’re actively moving exploring the country.
things you should do on Earth
Ok, it was close to free! It was in the free “area code”. I used 44,000 Radisson Rewards hotel points to stay at the Radisson Blu Malta Golden Sands rather than paying the $300+/night the hotel was retailing for. Plus, I got an upgraded room!

Taking the Airlink Express (Dublin airport bus) is the cheapest way (7 Euros) to get to Dublin’s city center from the airport.
I’ve visited Osaka a dozen times and will probably visit a dozen more. My top 10 list of things to do while in Osaka.
Hotels and even hostels are very expensive in Iceland. If you’re staying in Reykjavik, that’s a 40-minute drive to the airport. If you have an early flight, it’s even more challenging. Many people chose to sleep at KEF airport and it’s not a problem
After arriving in Iceland from Los Angeles, I had 19-hours to kill before arriving continuing to Dublin. The plan: Rent-a-car, hangout in the Blue Lagoon, eat at Habibi, sleep in the car and then go to the airport. Most of that plan failed.
